He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Lee and Gertrude Horner (Daniels); his sisters, June Longo and Wilma Lee Anderson; and his sister-in-law Martha Horner.
He is survived by: his former wife Sherrie Levenson; his daughter Rebecca Horner Rosen (Yosef) of Los Angeles, California; his brother Dean Horner of Ponca City, Oklahoma; his brother-in-law Ronnie Anderson of Holton; and his grandchildren, Lyla, Ora and Asa Rosen.
