She is survived by: her husband Jimmie; her mother Melodee Kennedy of Burlington, IA; her children, Jacob Hess (Tamara Drinkard) of Holton, KS and Hannah Bechtel; and her siblings, Alisha Smith (Justin) of Kansas City, MO, Denette Walsh (Pat) of Denver, CO, Jeff Gerdom (Nicole) of Mediapolis, IA and Dane Kennedy of Austin, TX. She is also survived by 2 nieces and 1 nephew.
