He was predeceased by: his son-in-law Michael Christian; and his siblings, Clifford Bickford, Darrell Bickford, Leland Bickford, LeRoy Bickford, Wendell Bickford, Opal Davis, Barbara Hughes, Betty Mayo, Arlene Nott, Doris Reding and Sue Stewart.
He is survived by: his parents, Roy Bickford and Nellie Bickford (Cappen); his wives, Carol Ruth Marshall of Holton and Carol Marshall Bickford; his children, Richard "Rick" Bickford (Paula) of Carlsbad, CA, Teresa "Terri" Blake (Mike) of Topeka, KS and Jeanette Christian of Topeka, KS; his brother Kenneth "Kenny" Bickford (Louise) of Holton, KS; his sisters-in-law, Pauline Bickford of Rossville, KS and Carolyn Bickford of Pahrump, NV.; and his grandchildren, Jordan Christian (Connie), Jason Christian (Yi Ling), Justin Christian (Kathryn), Jerrad Blake, Derrek Blake (Whitney), Brett Bickford (Brooke), Bailie Berner (Trent), Rachel George (Joe), Tessa Weitzman (Matt), Mia Boam and Dashiell "Dash" Boam.
