She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Effie Bernice (Strickland) and Carl Benjamin Sikes; her husband Patric; her children, Angela Jacobson of Lawrence, Kansas and James Wilkinson of Cedar Creek, Texas; her stepchildren, Marcie Frederickson, Justin Hamilton, Janell Carter and Miranda Hamilton; and her brother Carl Sikes of Mesa, AZ. She was also cherished by ten grandchildren.
