He was predeceased by: his parents, Philemon Sr. Llamas-Gutierrez and Marciana Llamas-Gutierrez; and his siblings, Fernando Dexter Gutierrez, Leon T. Gutierrez, Belia G. Lowe, Sylvia G. Lopez and Corliss Gutierrez.
He is survived by: his former wife Rosemary Rocha; his wife Colene Moser-Gutierrez; and his children, Marciana D. Gutierrez, Jennifer Gutierrez, Angela Gutierrez (Matthew G. Gutierrez) and Dominic A. Gutierrez, Sr. (Martin J. Gutierrez) of Kingwood, TX. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
