She is survived by : her husband Brett Mathy; her children, Stephanie Cullimore (Sam) of Manhattan, KS, Melissa Ford (Dan), Brian Mathy, Gabrielle Mathy Madrid (Ruben Jimenez Carballo) and Spain; and her sister Phyllis Faulk (Bill) of Wichita, KS.. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
