She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Paul Richter and Julia Richter (Schlicher); her husband Ronald L. William; her sons, Ronald Wayne "Ronnie" William, Larry A. William (Susan) of Topeka and Victor P. William (Lila) of Overland Park, Kansas; her grandchildren, Scott William (Laura), Alison Thomas (Matt) and Paul William (Jackie); her great grandchildren, Sydni William, Zoe William, Margo Thomas, Henry William and Felix William; and her siblings, Marvin Richter (Nancy), Herschel Richter and Sidona Obermueller.
