He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Adams and Marilyn Adams (Collins); and his grandparents, George, Ardith Adams, Carl and Mary Collins.

He is survived by: his former wife Maxine Zerr; his sister Tammy (Ralph); and his stepfather Harold Deines. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
