She was predeceased by : her husband David; her daughters, Barbara Paintin and Signa Hinshaw; her son-in-law Frederick Simon; and her sisters, Naomi Howard and Irene Alexander.

She is survived by : her parents, Wayne Deibert and Minnie Deibert (Albertshart); her daughters, Katherine Simon (Lawrence) of Morland and Linda Blair (Stan) of St. Genevieve, Missouri; and her sister Clarabell Karns of Fremont, Nebraska. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty-three great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
