He was predeceased by: his parents, C. I. Vickers and Ruth Vickers; and his sisters, Fae, Leigh, Phyllis, Neecy and Charlotte.
He is survived by: his spouse Jean Adams; his children, Melaney Hartman (David), Marci Blodgett (David), Billi Beckman (Mike), Becky Vickers and Kelly Vickers (Deb); and his sisters, Vivian and Dorothy. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
