She was predeceased by: her parents, John Platt and Suzanne Platt (Ballard). She is survived by: her husband Joel T. McClure; her children, Dr. Emma Sue McClure of Hugoton, Jay McClure of Hugoton and Max McClure of Hugoton; and her siblings, John D. Platt of Denver, Colorado and Julie Platt-Andron of Kim. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
