He is survived by: his mother Amy Elizabeth Waggoner (Howell) of Hutchinson; his children, Ashton Waggoner of Great Bend, Samora Waggoner of Great Bend, Jacob Carson of Hutchinson, Jordan Waggoner of Hutchinson, Allen Palmatier, Ariel Palmatier, Araya Palmatier and Willo Dudrey; his great grandchildren, Azalea Palmatier, Grayson McVey, Wesley McVey, Ember Palmatier and Calix Palmatier; his siblings, Casey Renee Ruzicka (Dave) of Marshfield, MO and George Cayln Robert Waggoner (Nicole) of Hutchinson; his grandmother Vicki Swanson of Hutchinson; and his aunts and uncles, Karla Reed (Tim) of Berryton, Karla Anderson (Dave) of Lisle, IL, Karen Priemer (Gordon) of Bath, OH, Wendy Deibert of Highland, IL, Stormi Kidd (Mark) of Highland, IL, Ryan Swanson (Robin) of Hutchinson, Blake Waggoner (Shelby) of Durham, NC and Lance Waggoner of Mulberry Grove, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
