She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Vernon and Joyce Elaine Hoots (Wilson); her husband Don; and her grandsons, Jason Horne and Brian Horne.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Horne of Hutchinson, Denise Horne of Hutchinson, David Horne of Hutchinson and Micheal Horne (Nadene) of Phoenix, AZ; and her siblings, Sharie Dane (Tom) of Colorado Springs, CO and Dennis Hoots (Melinda) of Denver, CO. She is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and many extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Hospice and HomeCare of Reno County, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
