He is survived by: his wife Janet Clarke; his daughters, Lynette Morris (Toby), Cynthia Wise and Pamela Adams (Steve); his grandchildren, Brandon Wise, Whittney Wise, Cheyenne Morris and Blaisi Adams; his great grandchild Costner Wise; and his brother Ronald Clarke.
