The passing of Kenneth L. Washburn Jr. of Hutchinson, Kansas leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on July 6, 2025 at the age of 73. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth L. Washburn, Sr. and Phyllis W. Cline. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Washburn of Hutchinson; his sons, Barry Washburn (Keri) of Melbourne and Paul Washburn (Sharon) of Hutchinson; his grandchildren, Connor Torres (Spencer), Abby Washburn and Sam Washburn; his great grandchildren, Simon and Callum Torres; and his siblings, Bill Washburn (Pam), Kathy Crenshaw and Tracy Lawson (Bret).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Elliott Mortuary (1219 N Main St, Hutchinson, KS 67501). A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Fairview Cemetery (500 E Pennsylvania Ave, Greensburg, KS 67054).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Reno County Veterans' Memorial, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main St. Hutchinson, KS 67501.
