He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth L. Washburn, Sr. and Phyllis W. Cline. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Washburn of Hutchinson; his sons, Barry Washburn (Keri) of Melbourne and Paul Washburn (Sharon) of Hutchinson; his grandchildren, Connor Torres (Spencer), Abby Washburn and Sam Washburn; his great grandchildren, Simon and Callum Torres; and his siblings, Bill Washburn (Pam), Kathy Crenshaw and Tracy Lawson (Bret).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Reno County Veterans' Memorial, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main St. Hutchinson, KS 67501.
