She was predeceased by : her parents, Ray Ballard and Lavadah Ballard (Carroll); her husband George Mumford; her siblings, Aubrey Ballard, Lyle Ballard, Maco Johnson and Verna Dunn; and her son Michael Mumford.
She is survived by : her children, Harold Mumford, Alpha Weathers and William Mumford; and her sister Avenell Mayfield. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
