He was predeceased by : his parents, Orville Browning and Adabel Browning (Eubank); and his son Richard Lattimer. He is survived by : his wife Melinda Browning of Hutchinson, KS; his children, James Browning (Christy) of Silver Springs, TX, Yvonne Danyluk (Kelly) of Hutchinson, KS, Jason Lattimer (Nicole) of Chase, KS and Jeremy Lattimer (Jennifer) of Kansas City, MO; his sisters, Norma Perkins (Harold) of Sidney, NE and Pat Hatfield of Seattle, WA; his grandchildren, Ridge, Parker, Pryce, Elizabeth, Wade, Timmy, Taylor and Jayden; his great grandchild Bennett; and his cousin Keven Bradfeild.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Birzer Funeral Home (214 West Ave S, Lyons, KS 67554). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.

The family suggests memorials be made out to Birzer Funeral Home, Lyons.
