He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl Sinnett and Roberta Sinnett (Gerdes); his brothers, Tim Sinnett and Ronnie Sinnett; his brother-in-law Darrell; his niece Airiel Turner; and his granddaughter Alycia R Sinnett.

He is survived by : his siblings, Nancy Stauffer, David, Terry Sinnett and Patty Miller; and his children, Michelle Lewis (Rylan), Jason Sinnett, Preston Sinnett (Elena), Daniel Sinnett and Chase Cohen. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, May 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home & Cremation (528 N Main St, Hutchinson, KS 67501). A funeral service was held on Monday, May 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, May 13th 2024 at the Fairlawn Burial Park (2401 Carey Blvd, Hutchinson, KS 67501).
