He was predeceased by: his mother Jo Caswell (Baker); and his wife Patricia Caswell. He is survived by: his daughters, Christina Torres (Stacey) and Brittany McMurphy (Mike); and his grandchildren, Deklyn Neal McMurphy and Payzlie Caroline Marie Mendez. He is also survived by one brother; five sisters.
