She is survived by: her husband Harold; her son Nathan Welk (Heather) of Derby; her grandchildren, Abby and Katie; her child Kyle Welk (Tiffany) of Wichita; her grandchildren, Andrew, Allison, Emily and Caleb; her child Jamie Ball (Shawn) of Overland Park; and her brothers, Richard Elliott (Catherine) of Waldo and Kendall Elliott (Vickie) of Russell.
