She is survived by: her spouse Richard "Dick" Cook; her sons, Randell Cook (Julie) and Darran Cook (Susan); her grandchildren, Hayden, Harrison, Sydney Cook, Jake Cook (Angela) and Amanda Roark; her great grandchildren, Emmarie, Chase, Jacob Cook and Noah Roark; her sister Marjorie Young (Scott); her sibling's children, Jennifer Caywood (Tim), Angela Hartmann (Perry), Maddie Caywood, Morgan Caywood, Logan Caywood, Reed Nitz and Grant Nitz; and her aunt Maxine Pauls.
