He was predeceased by: his mother Marie Fienen (Klintworth); his wife Carol "Judy" Sherwood; his father John P. Feinen; his brothers, John Fienen, Norman Fienen, Richard Fienen and Marvin Fienen; and his daughter-in-law Theresa Fienen.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Fienen (Jamie), Stephen Fienen, Phillip (Wendy) and Teresa Benbow (Tim). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (303 S 10th St, Independence, KS 67301).
