Verna Lee Penner Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Verna Lee Penner (Inman, Kansas), born in Hutchinson, Kansas, who passed away on September 21, 2019 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Verna Lee Penner to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Dietrich Enns and Anna Enns (Wiens); her husband Milferd; her sisters, Esther Doerksen (Jake), Selma Graber (Jake), Hilda Ediger (Henry), Adena Herbert (Milton) and Ruthanna Willems (John); her parents-in-law, Frank and Bertha Penner; and her sister-in-law Rachel Schmidt (Randy).

She is survived by : her children, Murray Reimer Penner (Nadine), Marci Penner (WenDee Rowe) and Beth King (Tom); her grandchildren, Alyssa Penner (Naveen Makineni), Sofia King of Chicago, IL and Paulina King of Los Angeles, CA; and her sister-in-law Marvella Ratzlaff (Marlan). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Kansas Sampler Foundation.
