She was predeceased by : her parents, Clark O. Orebaugh and Alta Wilson Orebaugh; her son Melbourn Demoret; her children-in-law, Dixie Demoret and Jim Kirchoff; and her siblings, Lloyd, Leo, Melvin Orebaugh, Fern Wintamute, Jean Orebaugh and Phyllis Orebaugh.

She is survived by : her husband Clarence Johnson Demoret; her children, Larry Demoret (Ramona), Gene Demoret (Marilyn) and Joan Kirchoff of Garden City; and her sister-in-law Opal Eichman of Jetmore. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; fifty-nine great grandchildren and seventy-six great-great grandchildren.
