He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert Elmer Cook and Lula Inscho Cook; his wife Giovanna T. Pironti; and his siblings, Oliver, Joseph, Leland, Leonard, Derile, Beth and Ella May.

He is survived by : his children, Marika, Rob Roy, Derek and Randy; his grandchildren, Trent, Camille, Darcie and Vanessa; and his brother Donald. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
