She was predeceased by: her parents, Veletta Andrella Lister (Lister) and Virgil Lister; her sister Stella Marie Lister; her niece Melissa Sue Daniel; and her grandparents, Jesse Lister, Grace Carmichael Lister Dodds, Chester Arthur and Estelle "Belle" Legan Lister.
She is survived by: her children, Tasha Benton, James Lister, Marquita Lister Hannan and Jeremiah Medlock; and her siblings, Virgil Allen (Patricia), Jane Warren (Hunter) and Jessie Mabrey (Ronnie). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and one aunt.
