He is survived by: his mother Jean Lambertz; his wife Jamie Cisco; his children, Ashley, Andrew and Ashtin; his sisters, Amy Moorlag (Larry) and April Fitzpatrick (Travis); and his nephews, Grant and Ryan Moorlag. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
