He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Small and Martha C. Small (Turnbull). He is survived by: his children, Francis "Frank" Small (Henrietta) of Junction City, KS, Gerald A. Small (Elizabeth) of Minneapolis, KS, Aubrey E. Small (Patricia) of Junction City, KS and Lynette A. Fuchs of Junction City, KS; and his siblings, Herbert Small of Junction City, KS, Lola Sells of Ben Wheeler, TX, Ruby Reynolds of Orange Lake, FL and Viola Schacher of Columbus, NE. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty five great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
