He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Norman Dibben and Bernice Dibben (Mickey); his wife Joleen Dibben; his sons, Monte Dibben (Becky) of Junction City and Mark Dibben (Lynn) of Melbourne; his daughter-in-law Cheryl Dibben (Matt) of Wakefield; and his brother Craig Dibben (Susan) of Junction City. He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, along with nephews, nieces and numerous cousins.
