She was predeceased by: her mother Dr. Marilyn Bradshaw. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Chang of Honolulu, Hawaii and Helen Kelly of Topeka, Kansas; her siblings, Brad, Lisa and Richard; her grandchildren, Jake and Avery; and her pet Lily.
