He was predeceased by: his parents, Karlene W. Ryan (Young) and Benjamin Eddy; and his stepfather Mike Ryan. He is survived by: his wife Karen Kay Eddy (Forkenbrock); his daughter Penny M. George of Lee's Summit, MO; his grandchildren, Stephen Dyson (Erin) and Julia George; his brother Robert Eddy (Lynette) of Texas; his half-brother Karl Spreker (Carol) of Wichita; his stepsiblings, Michael J. Ryan, Larry J. Ryan, Dennis Ryan and Francie Murphy; and his pets, Maxx and Mendy.
