He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harlan Parr and Mary Lou Parr (Fulgroat); his daughter Tiffany Parr of Hutchinson; and his siblings, Randy Parr (Lisa) of Great Bend, Gary Parr (Julie Sanders) of Great Bend, Sue Miller of Lakewood and Cheryl Smith (Russ) of Liberal.
