Virginia R. Hunt Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 18, 2021, at the age of 96, Virginia R. Hunt of Junction City, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Lewis and Lillian Josephine Stepan (Novotny); her husband Howard E. Mortensen; her former spouse Lee Allen Hunt; and her sisters, Betty Stepan, Dorothy Stepan, Evelyn Neve and Valasta Stepan (Sis).
She is survived by: her children, Vivian Gaughan (Mike) of Hollywood, FL, Kenneth Mortensen (Marcia) of Junction City, KS and Donna Rhine (Barry) of Hollywood, FL; and her grandchildren, Jeffrey Mortensen, Jill Mortensen, Jason Rhine and Aaron Rhine. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be given to Faith Community Church (Beaver City, NE) or the Josef Stepan Family Foundation in care of Stockham Family Funeral Home, 205 North Chestnut, McPherson, KS 67460.
