She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Sanders and Ellen Tucker; her son Reginald Durham, Sr. (Rodina); her brother Allen Sanders, Jr.; her husband James Durham; her children, Charlestine Scroggins (Robert) and Jesse Durham; her sisters, Sadie Jackson, Clotense L. Dillingham and Jewell McDonald; and her cousin Ethel Davis.
She is survived by: her former husband Charles Hancock; her daughter Norma Roland of Kansas City; her grandchildren, Tandra Fue, Randy Sowell, Donna Durham, Loise Durham, Andre Durham, Tyla Paul, Justin Durham, Jesse Durham, Jr., Robert Scroggins (Greta), Robin Durham, Carla Mitchell, Carl Roland, Jr. (LaGracella), Carlen Davis, Aric Roland, Sr. (Asenath), Arica Roland, Sylvia Durham and Reginald Durham, Jr.; and her cousin Roy Mims. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and great-great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Metropolitan Baptist Temple (853 Washington Blvd, Kansas City, KS 66101). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at the Chapel Hill Cemetery (701 N 94th St, Kansas City, KS 66112).
