He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Lewis and Reba DeGroat Lewis; and his siblings, Keith, Jennifer and Martha.
He is survived by: his wife Janice of Kansas City, KS.; his children, Dominique Hedges of Delaware, Desiree Pugh of Kansas City, KS, Antiana and Tawanna of Arkansas; his grandchildren, Jeremiah, Meriah and Olivia; and his brothers, Ira of Alabama, George of South Carolina and Billy of North Carolina.
