He was predeceased by: his siblings, Dura Lee Hinson, Zania M. Hickmon, Dorothy Mozee, Craig K. Sowell Sr. and Maurice Williams.

He is survived by: his siblings, Mark Anthony Williams, Carmen Harris, Karen Birt, Vallerie Sowell-Bly, Yvette Williams (Michael), Crystal Sowell, Dalphanie Sowell and Nichella Sowell Guy; and his close friend Marian Hardin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
