He was predeceased by: his parents, David Andrews and Helen Andrews. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his brother Richard Andrews (Sue); and his children, Melissa Rackley (Scott), Scott (Lindsay) and Paul Andrews (Andrea). He is also survived by five great-nieces and two great-nephews.
