With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Dorothy J. Rohning (Kansas City, Kansas), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Dorothy left this world on April 23, 2024 at the age of 95, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, we take solace in the memories we hold dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Dorothy may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.

She is survived by : her husband William "Dutch" Rohning; her daughter Beth Barrett of Lafayette, CO; her grandchildren, Mark Barrett of Wellington and Judith Barrett of Longmont, Colorado.; her great grandchildren, Tess and Danny; and also Fall.

A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Chapel Hill-Butler Funeral Home (701 N 94th St, Kansas City, KS 66112).
