He was predeceased by: his father Mark Edward Page; and his grandparents, Lura Lee Groves, Leon Betz, Joe and Martha Page.
He is survived by: his mother Betty Le Ann Stottlemire (Betz) of Lathrop, MO; his siblings, Gary Dowell (Leslie Piatt) of Lathrop, MO, Haylee Stottlemire of Lathrop, MO and Shelbi Page; his stepsiblings, Alexis Stottlemire of Independence, MO and Ava Stottlemire of Lathrop, MO; his uncles, Danny Page (Tammy) of Trimble, MO, Jeff Page and Greg Page; and his aunt Robin Powell of Trenton, MO. He is also survived by Numerous other extended family members and friends.
