With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joe Willard Foster (Kansas City, Kansas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 4, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mae Chaney Foster and John Foster; and his grandson Colten Foster. He is survived by: his wife Carol Stephens; his sons, Greg (Suann) and Jeff (Gina); his grandchildren, Hunter (Megan), Dakota (Hannah), Dominic, Caden (Taylor) and McKenna Creten (Nick); his great grandchild Jack; and his sister Joann Flick.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Colten Foster; My Story Isn't Over Yet Foundation, in honor of Joe's enduring commitment to family and legacy of love.
