We are sad to announce that on July 31, 2025, at the age of 99, Loretta Norman (Kansas City, Kansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Neeley and Jessie Neeley; her sisters, Irma Powell and Juanita Barnett; her children, Judge Norman III, Lonnie Norman, Rita Norman Lang and Loretta Emma Norman; and her grandsons, Antwan and Leon Jones.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Michael Summers, Derek Frye, Marcus Barnes, Kimberly Norman, Keinya Porter and Robert Lang III. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; 15 great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and her church family.
