Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Madge Lena Higgins of Kansas City, Kansas, who passed away, on April 25, 2024. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry O. Winkler and Ollie E. Winkler (Orfield); her husband Orva E. Higgins; and her siblings, Virgil, Bill, Harry and Florence Meads.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Millholland (Frank), Ronnie Higgins (Leanna) and Bill Higgins (Karla); and her half-brother Jimmy Hubbard. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.

After retirement she continued to volunteer until the time of COVID.

In Lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be made to the Armourdale Baptist Church, 700 S. Mill Street, Kansas City, KS 66105.
