She is survived by: her daughter Mary Kay Zawatzki; her brother Edward Juresic of Andover, KS; and her sibling's children, Susan Kent of Springdale, AR and John (Lynette Juresic) of Andover, KS.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association, American Heart Association or to a charity of the donor's choice.
