She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Leverich and Rosemarie Leverich; her grandparents, Joseph, Bertha Leverich, Edward and Lillian West-Collins; her aunts and uncles, Barbara Burns, Harriet Alvey, Bitsy Leverich, Bill Burns, Lloyd Alvey and Bernard Leverich; her brothers-in-law, Bill George and Tom Heintzelman; and also Jack Collins.

She is survived by: her siblings, Susie George, Patty Orth (Jim), Ed Leverich (Mary Jane), Nancy Heintzelman and Janet Leverich. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to the Cathedral.
