He was predeceased by: his parents, Randolph Steele Neil and Elizabeth Floyd Neil; and his sister Mary Elizabeth Neil. He is survived by: his daughter Merritt Angeline; his wife Denise Fouquet-Neil; his grandchildren, Jackson and Angela Engel; his nephew Jesse Goldman (Brianna Thayer); his mother-in-law Martha Fouquet; his sister-in-law Kathey Fouquet (John); his sibling's children, Ashley Wood (Jake) and Alex; his great-niece Emery Watson; and his great-nephew Jackson Wood.
