He was predeceased by: his parents, John Crutchfield and Hannah Adams. He is survived by: his wife Oweda Kinney; his sons, Rickey L Crutchfield (Brenda) of Jefferson City, MO and Stewart E Crutchfield (Sharon) of Jefferson City, MO; his nephew Richard (Butch) Adams (Barbara); and his stepchildren, Christian Kinney James Kinney and Courtney Kinney-Wilson. He is also survived by nieces and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church (417 Richmond Ave, Kansas City, KS 66101). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
