He is survived by: his wife Mary Powell; his mother Dorothy Garland; his stepbrother Kenneth Garland; his children, Mentharn (Tiffany), Shawnta (Angela), LaNetta (Donnie), MaeLeen, Quanika (Charles) and LaQuietta; and his godchildren, Sebastian, Monique, Ebony and Kenneth Love (Lashaunda). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
