He is survived by : his father Robert Carter; his wife Sue Ellen Galvan; his stepsons, Timothy (Shellie), Patrick (Tricia) of City, MO, Michael (Lindsay), Jimmy (Brittany) and Bobby (Hillary); and his brothers, Bob (Joan), Bill (Charlene) and Tom (Jan). He is also survived by his family as a loving husband, father and grandfather.
