Frances Florene Short Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 10, 2020, at the age of 81, Frances Florene Short (Kinsley, Kansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Flonoy "Shutt" Barbee and Gladys Barbee (Akers); her husband Ben Short; her brothers, Hulan Barbee and Glenn Barbee; and her great grandchild Petra Justice.
She is survived by: her children, Marna Smith (Danny) of Jackson, MI and Greg Short (Tamara) of Rantoul, KS; her brother Garland; and her grandchildren, Shonda Paris, Debra Paris, Tonja Paris, Colt Short, Michaela Justice, Rebecca Short and Jessica Short. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Funeral services will be scheduled at a later date due to COVID-19 concerns.
Memorial contributions may be made to Kinsley United Methodist Church.
