He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Bartman and Gladys Allison Bartman; his wife Wilda Rabe; his daughter Ronda Meyer Halstead (Mark); his grandsons, Braden Newton (Melissa) and Kenyon Halstead (Dana); his great grandchildren, Tristan, Aidan, Gavin and Gage; his brother Alfred Bartman of Phoenix, AZ.; his son Kent; and his sister Vinita Schmidt.

Memorials may be given to Our Redeemer Lutheran Church of Kinsley in care of the funeral home.
